There are no words to describe how much this story has touched me over the past couple months. The journey each character has gone through to make it to where they are now, and hopefully will continue on is so remarkable. You have a gift, one that should be shared with everyone. I was so emotionally connected to the story the whole time that I've been crying for what seems like hours knowing that it's over. When I read your message at the beginning of the epilogue my heart fluttered like I was going on a first date with either one of these boys. Finally, the way you ended it was perfection! The words, the actions, and the hope left for their story together is all we need, and if we know anything about these characters we don't need a second story (although we'd like one) to know that they'll get back together and Derek will love Charlie just like he did when he was picking his nose when they were 11 years-old.
