The hetero for-pay sites, such as Ell0ra's Kave, refer to "heat levels," with most of their work trending toward the "highest" heat level. Out of curiosity, I bought an e-book of hetero smut, and it was basically pure porno, page after page of references to the genitalia, however there was a story line, albeit lame, and the writing made me laugh. I think the author had smoked a doobie while writing it. But I suppose it could qualify as erotic fiction. Seems to me like easy money is to be had writing sex stories for women. Anybody here gone this route?

Hi, this is a new user by the handle of Drake, and I'm trying to attract the attention (*benevolent) of an admin, in hopes of gaining access to read and review the XXX-rated stories. I've written some myself and may post them in the "e-fiction" arena, one day, and see whether they attract any rotten tomatoes. Though from the looks of things, reviews and rating aren't quite so savage here. Maybe--they SHOULD be--or maybe not. I'm not really sure myself which is the appropriate tact to take. For my part, I always imagine a maelstrom of negative criticisms, mostly about my own writing. It seems miraculous that anyone ever finishes anything. Any thoughts/opinions, feel free to respond.
