  1. The original brotherhood is what got me into writing in the first place. Your help has pushed me to publish mine on here as well. That still doesn't mean I like you “killing off” my Q 😒.

I don't blame you, I'm the same way with some stories. I am going to try and post chapter 4 to the moderation queue tonight and I've re-done my outline to have a faster turnaround. Hopefully, this is better for more readers. The current outline has 22 chapters, so it might be a wait.
  3. “Ok boys, go grab the shorts outta yer dressers and get dressed. I'll take ya upstairs and get y'all started for today,” Ryan said as Nick walked down the hall. Those already in our shorts stood around, sizing each other up. Track and another pledge looked like they were about to fall asleep standing up. Ryan was leaning on the fridge, watching us stand around, confused. “You boys look tired. Need some coffee or a Red Bull or something?” Ryan said with kindness about the boy's situatio

Finishing the last stage of editing it now. Finals and holidays really screwed my schedule up. Hopefully in the next few days (depending on how long it sits in moderation review). Edit: Submitted for moderation review. As soon as I get the green light it will be posted

It seems as though you and other commenters are wanting chapter 3 soon… I see my break times at work are going to be taken up. Its ok though, you only know 1/4 of the house including the pledges. Im excited for you to meet everyone else. -Kelev
  7. The humvee rattled as we passed marker tango and made our turn to return to the checkpoint. The squawk box was quiet after we reported in, the static almost melodic. It was a beautiful night—a light breeze to keep things from feeling stifled but not enough to kick up dust. Even the stars were showing off, seemingly extra bright. We came over the ridge just south of the checkpoint. The plan said we stay here for the next 40 minutes with the roof guns pointed just in front of the checkpoint b

Thank you all for reading. This was a weird idea I got and was certain no one would want to read it but my friends told me to clean it up and post it. Apparently I got so nervous I apparently got my files mixed up and didn't copy from the file that grammarly had gone over. As someone who didn't think anyone would read this much less like this Im really glad you do. Chapter 2 is mostly finished. Its the end of finals week so im hoping I can get some time to finish editing it and get it posted this weekend. Seriously thank you all, it means a ton. -Kelev
  9. Issac Novotny barely made it home from overseas in one piece. Will his memories end up derailing his new life?
  10. It was sweltering. That’s the best way to describe it. The rainstorm had broken and the sun was making the parking lot steam. I was sitting under a ceiling fan thanking every deity for the air conditioning in the laundromat. Wednesday the campus opened up for move in and that meant the laundromat opened. Today was Friday, so I was using the discounted washers and dryers on campus to get my clothes clean on my first day off in a bit. You could see all the freshmen, many for the first time, d
