Hopefully, you are all following both new Kandric World stories, 'Beyond the Crags', and 'Sands of Time'. Over the past couple of weeks, several chapters of each story have been posted, however, we decided to make a set schedule so that the readers can anticipate when new chapters are posted. 'Beyond the Crags' chapter 3 was just posted today. Next Monday, chapter 4 will be posted, bringing it to the same number of chapters posted as 'Sands of Time'. The following Monday we will post chapter 5 of 'Sands'. We will then alternate the posting of new chapters every Monday. We truly hope you are enjoying both stories so far, and look forward to hearing what you think about future chapters. All are good answers, but I am speaking about the characters in these stories. yes, Agda's still too new to really understand her motivations. but there is one thing that I see when I look at ALL the 'heroes' in these stories. The inner drive they have to better themselves is something not seen often in a world like this. There is a strong argument that this concept holds true today in our world. but that is another topic altogether. What other character traits do all or most of our heroes share?

@drpaladin it's funny you should mention heroes. let me ask a question of the readers. We now have 3 stories set in this very troubling world that is crying out for heroes. so what makes these characters, heroes? What do they do, or don't do that allows them to attain such a mythical status as a hero? Interesting question, with many varied interesting answers. I will give my thoughts at a later time.

Hello to the Gay Authors community! In case you couldn’t tell I am indeed the infamous Roland, from Castle Roland. I know you are probably wondering why I am posting a ‘hello’ message in this forum, but I hope that will be clear shortly. As you have seen I also write in the Kandric Universe, with my story ‘The Sands of Time’. The story is now being posted here, (thank you Myr, and the rest of the admin team). Later this week the spin-off story ‘Beyond the Crags’, will also start being posted here. If we somehow manage to convince someone else to write in this world, that story will also be posted here. So far though, no one has been insane enough to try and write a story in Kyle’s very intricate world. This leads me to the main reason I am posting this. Something Kyle and I have always wanted to do is have a site that the readers could access that would allow them to look up details about this incredible world Kyle has created. At one point we had a media wiki that we were starting to build, but it never got finished. It has since been deleted when the person who was doing the work wasn’t able to anymore. So, we are looking for someone(s) who may know how to build a media wiki or something comparable that we can use to have both a readers section that has most of the information from the Kandric World, as well as an ‘authors’ section that has information about what we are doing in future chapters. Kyle and I have to work closely together to make sure everything is kept accurate. It helps that we are roommates. LOL. So if there is anyone crazy enough to try and take on this huge project, please DM me. I hope that we can build a small team that is willing to put in some time to put this site together for all the other Kandric fans out there. Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy the new stories.

Thanks all. I have struggled over the last few years to find it within myself to write again. Thanks to friends like @Al Norris, I have found my inner muse again. I hope you all enjoy Sands, and I truly hope I am making the Kandric world richer than it already was.
