I knew something felt off in this chapter! Well done on another awesome chapter @The Writer X ❤️ I thought it was Aulus as well considering the Q lookalike in Marco and how well the night was going. Always curious on what happens next. Thankfully February is short 😁

Another adventurous and fun chapter! Great way to start 2026. Boys night is a success so far and I love the feeling like I'm right with the gang of boys. VERY curious about Sunny's nickname of Strawberry. I find it very interesting with the evolution of the story and the dynamics of the relationships that have (and might be) formed/forming. I like these potential baby steps of bringing the two factions together. I'm sure I'm being naive and foolish to think this, but this is the direction my brain is leading me. I'm sure this might be crushed in the next few chapters but a man can hope. Happy 2026 @The Writer X🎉

Another BRILLIANT chapter. Even though this was a light and fun chapter (mostly), my eyes are still welled up with tears. A part of me still wants Jacob to be Nave, but I'm glad you still include the gang, X. Excited for more mischief and fun times to be had. And of course drama as well. It's so crazy to have a chapter that kinda feels like nothing happened and yet so much happened. Does that even make sense? I'm still confused on what happened wit Zac and Q. Q acknowledged Zac being there, but only at the end. Why didn't he say more? Or even tell Zac what's going on? (obviously if he did, it wouldn't make for an interesting chapter. Nope, too easy) Or when Jacob fell asleep on the bluff and talking to Q, except it wasn't Q (so confusing!) Jacob's gym sesh only enforces the idea that he's a special Skai (son of Juyx and Sol theory resurfaces). Doing something that no one else can do? Hmm 🤔And has Naveyk made a reappearance?

Tears actually appeared on my face. Beautifully written. As done before, I laughed and cried and experienced all emotions in between. I do worry about Q. I know he's not gone, but I wonder what is in store for the next chapter. You would think that Raz would tell Jacob. 🤔 Theories anyone?

I'm a little confused. Why would Zac be Nave when Skai couldn't do it? And what about 33 minutes? Despite which faction? It makes total sense Zac is Nave, but so many questions.

YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME!! Bawling my eyes out the ENTIRE chapter. What the hell happened to Q?????? Super happy Zac is back, but if it was at the cost of Q? Nah...Q can't be gone. I'm guessing Q sacrificed a majority of his power for this act and may never recover. Jeeze @The Writer X 😡😭 Or I feel like there is a time limit on Zac's return. This chapter wrecked me. I need hugs.😭

Over 10k words and it felt like this chapter went in a flash. I'm really glad that the beginning chapter was just a test for Jacob. I'm impressed he figured it out because I had no idea. Fun to see that we all had the answer in front of our faces but it was still fun to hear the twist. We will probably never know the punishment that Aulus received, but I am VERY curious as to what it was. How do you punish a Lord? The sex scene is always enjoyed and appreciated. As far as Zac goes, I don't buy it. You can't have a loveable character and then kill him off suddenly. (Obviously, X can do whatever he wants, but this is too sudden and I demand a justified reason). Nope, if the beginning chapter was a hoax, I refuse to believe Zac is gone. I will await yet another month until I get my resolved answer. Keeping me on my toes @The Writer X

Still waiting for Mitch to explain himself, but maybe I should give up. He's a bad kid. Disgusted and disappointed in him.

Life got in the way and I didn't get to comment/read until now. I'm really not liking Mitch. He has some serious issues to work through. Hopefully he'll explain himself in the future. He's stupid. Let's hope that Pete will take Uncle George's advice and apply that to Jimmy...if things go down that route. Friends first. Speaking of Jimmy, his father is nuts. Can't believe he had a meltdown like that. And of course Peter had to be the hero again. I know it's not on purpose, but it's another notch to make him look like an outstanding human.

Another loveable character. Aaron is awesome and I love how supportive and eager he is to be recruited to the Skai. I hope he doesn't get forgotten or that he gets mentioned again soon. It's interesting yet wonderful to see that Jacob makes good friends throughout his life (minus Kaylec). So curious what Sunny, Zac, and Soullen have to say with their Thanksgiving. Ugh...waiting these month long chapters suck, but definitely gives me happiness when I read them. Can't wait for June @The Writer X

Another great chapter. I agree with @drsawzall Interesting to see how Peter is learning and excelling in everything he tries. I'm sure his past contributes to that, but it's fun to see the opportunities a young person has and the skills he can display. I will say, I don't have a good feeling on how the phone conversation ended with Mrs. Thomas. Let's see if that will be addressed in the next chapter.
