    Chapter 1

Thank you so much for your comment! It means a lot that you enjoy the observational humor. Funnily enough, a lot of that came from a real karaoke night I attended, which inspired this story. Like my character, I was left with a few questions; especially about the puppy masks! 🐶 It's always interesting to hear a reader's own take on things like karaoke! And as for the music, I can't blame you for your reaction. Thank you for your wonderfully honest feedback! 🤗

    Short Story

I think I need a health warning before reading comments this fantastic! Thank you. I'm absolutely floored by the comparison to Mel Brooks. Thank you for this incredible comment! Your health warning made me laugh out loud. Being compared to Mel Brooks is one of the highest honors a (non-serious ;-)) writer could ask for. I'm so thrilled you had fun with Glitterbomb Galore and DJ Daddy Issues. But I'm especially grateful that you saw the sincere, heartfelt moment with The Bear, that was truly the heart of the story for me. This comment was 'WONDERFUL WONDERFUL,' and it absolutely made my day! 🤗

    Chapter 1

Wow, thank you. I'm absolutely blown away by your kind words. I'm so glad that those lines about despair and regret felt so powerful to you. As a writer, hearing that my work was moving enough to bring tears to your eyes is the best feeling in the world. Thank you so much for reading and for sharing your thoughts. Thank you also for sharing your perspective. 🤗 What you said about the feral cats is very true. It's a challenging issue in many parts of the world, and it's hard to see when you're an animal lover. I deeply respect your compassion and your desire to find a way to care for them. It’s a serious issue that often gets overlooked in tourist destinations

    Chapter 1

Thank you! What a fantastic compliment! When Diva Glamoranza came to me, I knew she was a star. And you're right, she has plenty of sisters with equally fabulous names in my book. I tried to create a cast that would make RuPaul's head spin! I'm so glad you enjoyed her.

    Chapter 1

Thank you for this absolutely fabulous comment! I'm so happy the story felt like a joyous romp for you. I especially loved your vision of Diva Glamoranza as a composite of the legendary Sylvester and Martha Wash, what a perfect and brilliant comparison! It's wonderful to know that the story's atmosphere was so vivid that it evoked specific songs and memories for you. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful and insightful feedback. And thank you for the the fantastic song you shared! I love it!

  7. Wow! Thank you for taking the time to write something so incredibly thoughtful and fun. It's one thing to know someone enjoyed a story, but it's another to see exactly which lines and details connected with them. Your description of that scene is honestly a masterpiece, and it means the world to me that you appreciated the character descriptions too. Comments like yours, that really dig into the writing, are so incredibly motivating. I'm so honored you're going to check out my other work. Thank you again for this truly wonderful feedback. 🤗

  9. Thank you so much, not just for the comment but for taking the time to watch the video. It really means a lot. I put a ton of work into the visuals and sound, hoping they make the story feel more alive, so hearing you say it's 'amazing' is just fantastic validation. And your casting suggestion is brilliant! I completely agree, their chemistry is undeniable and they'd be perfect for bringing Dylan and Jonas's dynamic to the screen. Thank you for that wonderful thought!
  10. Thank you for that wonderful comment! It's true, we never know what the future holds. But with a rom-com, you just have to go for that perfect fairytale ending, right? So for Dylan and Jonas, it's happily ever after. So happy you enjoyed their story!
  11. Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. And I'm happy you laughed at that! I'm pretty sure that goat is still out there, living its best, most passive-aggressive life. 😂
  12. Thank you so much for this awesome comment and your review as well! I'm so glad the pet-goat and the flamingo-walk on the beach made you laugh (the latter was actually a real-world observation I had to include)! And you're totally right, in the real world, these two would be a beautiful disaster. That's what's so fun about rom-coms, though, we get to make it work! 😉 Really appreciate you reading and so glad you enjoyed it.
  13. Haha, you're absolutely not wrong! A good rom-com ending must be definitely predictable, that's what makes it such a great feel-good moment, right? 😉 So happy you enjoyed it, thank you!

  16. Thank you! I'm so glad that scene hit home. It was all about Jonas finally getting his groove back, you totally nailed it. No more fake love! So happy you enjoyed their journey. ❤️
  17. Yes! This is the best. So happy it made you laugh that hard. Thank you for reading and for this awesome comment! 😊
  18. Ahh thank you so much for your comment and your review! Honestly, reading that it was a 'real hoot' and had you laughing so hard is the best thing ever. So glad you had fun with their story! 😄
  19. To survive the wedding of their ex-partners (who are marrying each other!), chaotic Dylan and obsessive perfectionist Jonas agree to the perfect plan: they'll pretend to be boyfriends. Jonas has it all figured out, complete with a color-coded binder of their entire fake history. The goal is simple: show everyone they're not just fine, they're thriving. But between chaotic rehearsals, one structurally unsound bookshelf, and a perfectly timed kiss that feels way too real, the line between their fake romance and forever starts to blur.
  20. In three weeks, I’d be sitting at the wedding of my ex-boyfriend… to my fake boyfriend’s ex-boyfriend. And apparently, we were in love. Perfectly, photogenically, and convincingly in love. According to Jonas, anyway. Jonas, the architect of this grand romantic deception, was currently nudging a framed photograph on my mantelpiece. For the third time. “It’s half a centimeter too low on the left,” he murmured, his brow creased with the kind of intense focus usually reserved for dismantling a

    Chapter 1

I came for silence. Silence, in my experience, is not the absence of sound. It’s the presence of one good sound repeated until it becomes a lullaby: the hush of a page turning, the kettle’s soft complaint, a wave arriving, leaving, arriving again. That’s what I wanted — no phones, no notifications, no well-meaning friends suggesting “a change of scenery will fix you right up.” Just a rented cottage on a wind-gnawed cliff and the lighthouse across the way, cutting a white blade through the d
  23. Seeking solitude on a windswept coast to mend a broken heart, a writer named Evan finds his quiet retreat persistently interrupted by Lucas, the charming and cheerful nephew of the local lighthouse keeper. With the steady sweep of the lighthouse beam marking time, Lucas's daily "deliveries" of household items — and relentless good-nature — begin to breach the walls Evan has built around himself. It's a story about finding an unexpected connection in isolation, and discovering that the rhythm you need might not be the silence you sought, but a steady, recurring light in the dark.

    Chapter 1

Thank you for all your comments! I really appreciate this always warm and friendly feedback! After finishing my big project (to find out more, just read my latest story "It’s D’reg, Sweetheart, not Drag!"), I hope to find more time to explore romcoms... and less drag queens 😅
  25. Rome. 219 AD. The city was beige. Not just the buildings. The everything. Beige tunics. Beige thoughts. Beige bread. The occasional splash of red was usually blood, and even that looked dusty. Diva Glamoranza hovered above the Forum Romanum, lounging mid-air on a chaise made entirely of metaphysical glitter and poor impulse control. She was a D'reg: a divine being of glamour originating from the Transdimension, composed of glamergy, sass, and more drama and fabulousness than any mortal
