Moments & Unspoken Words - 1. Moments

In a moment you can forget a lot

Memories, actions, consequences

Waking after, to complete chaos

A new life and a death of another

Another to be questioned forever more

In a moment lives can change

What was expected is no longer there

Looking in a mirror will never be the same

Months of struggles all for change

Change unexpected and unwanted

In a moment more changes happen

A plan is thrown away and another drafted

Always adapting, always different

Gone are days of repetition

Repetition of days of old

In a moment you don’t realize

A new course is laid out

You follow it unsure the final destination

The trail is uphill but you continue on

The alternative is to give up

In a moment it happens again

Things are normal again

The past is but a memory

Looking forward to each new day

Learning from the past but always looking ahead
