The Path - 1. A Look Inside

Inside myself I never know

Not how or when or why

Things twist and turn

Over and over again

Til the darkness descends

Hiding everything from sight

Everyday it’s something new

Unbeknownst to me the day before

Needing to find the answers

Kneeling in the darkness

Noises surrounding every thought

Only one clear path ahead

Wishing to be free

Never knowing what’s in store

I liked this one.

Now, I'm gonna read the second poem.

This made me smile.

Or think even.

This could form into a copy cat poem...

End I must this rev now :D

Really good one Renee!!!!!!!!

Thank you Maria! I don't usually write much poetry, so I never am really sure on what will come of it! Glad you liked it and that it gave you cause to think!
