My enemy - 1. Chapter 1
I felt the sunlight curve it's way through the curtains to my face. I pulled the covers over my head. I looked over at my alarm clock. Damn, it’s already 6:00 AM ?
“Alright I’m up!” I yelled at the alarm clock. I got up and took a shower. When I got out, I picked out a nice light blue suit with slacks. I looked at the clock and it already said 6:30 and I had to skip breakfast. I grabbed my suitcase and car keys and headed out the door.
I rushed in the hall to my office. I could barely sit down with the coffee I had gotten from the lounge when my intercom came on. Ms.Williams your first client is here said her secretary Juliette. Let them in I replied and I made an attempt to clean up my office from the day before. i turned to put a file up and I heard someone come in. Make yourself comfortable I said.
‘I knew you didn't eat. I can here your stomach growling from here,” said a familiar voice. I turned to see my fiancé walk in carrying Mc Donald’s.
“Thank you Kyle” I said as I leaned in to kiss him. “I can't talk long I’m suppose to have a client coming in any minute now.”
“I just came to give you breakfast,” he said with a smile. “Call me on your lunch break I have to get to the court house. .Love ya,” he said walking out the door.
“Love ya too,” I replied as he closed the door.

“Hello, Beth,” I said as she walked through the door.
“Hello Doctor Williams,” she replied.
“ Tell me what's on your mind,” I instructed her as she took a seat on my couch and stretched out.
“We'll it all started when I got mad at my Husband for cheating on me,” she started.. “I gave him and that young big breasted broad a facelift.”
“What did I tell you to do when you get angry?” I reminded her.
“ I did, she said simply. “I used them as my punching bags.”
“You know Beth,” I finally said. “I want you to take Yoga lessons. You do that and come talk to me next week”.

Hard to believe that took 2 hours. Well time does go by fast.
“Hello Vanessa,” I said as my next patient entered my office
“That no good son of a bitch,” she said angrily. “He gave the promotion that I have worked 15 years for to my co-worker because she slept with him and I didn't. All I did was give him a piece of my mind and he fired me. Me of all people!”
Then, with a vindictive sneer she added, “I told him to watch his back.”
“Vanessa go out and buy a Journal, I told her. “ I want you to write, draw whatever you feel like as long as its on paper. Then I want you to apologize to your boss and ask him can you have your old job back. Come back on Thursday and tell me how it went.”

I looked up at the clock it read 11:45. Oh, well her lunch break was in 15 minutes anyway.
“Juliette I’m leaving my office for lunch early, I said as I made my way past my secretary. “I'll be back at 2:00.”
I pulled out my phone and tried to call Kyle. All I got was his voice mail, so I went to his office. “Hello,” I said to his secretary Kathie. “Is my fiancé in?”
“Does it look like he's in?” she responded. I ignored her sarcasm and went into his office.
He wasn't there so I left a message with a kiss on his desk.
“Just tell him I came by,” I said as I walked back out.
“Whatever,” she responded rather nastily.
‘What is her problem?’ I thought to myself. ‘Maybe I just caught her on a bad day. We all have those.’
So I went to grab a Subway's sub and a salad. Then I drove to the park and ate on a bench. I loved coming here watch the kids playing it soothed me.
As I was throwing my trash away, someone on skates bumped into me..
“Excuse ....” I almost said, turning around to see Kathie.
“Watch where your standing,” she said and skated off. I can't believe she said that after she bumped into me. So many questions popped into my head.
When did she get here? How did she get here so fast? Why did she bump into me? I walked to my car and drove back to work. I left late, at around 9:30, having to finish with my last 3 clients Leanne, Marie, and Catherine.
