Unless I'm not seeing right, that's two guys kissing Santa. We need to find this form of mistletoe!

The one on the right of Santa is clearly a woman.  Look at her suit bulge outwards at the breasts.  I think the one on the left is a woman too due to the haircut, but she is clearly more flat chested.  Just my view.

Look at the hairstyles on the lady at the top and the man to the right, plus the style of his shirt. It looks like they're from the late 1930's or early 40's to me. Now look at the hair on the two kissing Santa. Men didn't wear their hair like that in that timeframe. So, girls.
