Hi All, I'm looking for a book where there's a college student who is either becoming some sort of social worker / therapist / psychologist or psychiatrist. He takes a questionnaire and when it comes to athlete he writes down something indicating anger or death or something like hangman. This encourages his advisor and the department head to assign him to an athlete to help.
