I loved this story when it was originally posted on Nifty and waited the six years it took to post there and reread it multiple times. I savored it there but I devoured it here. I loved the more realistic changes @Ethan made to this story, although sometimes sad it is often the truth. The characters are well written and developed and you couldn’t help but feel attached to them and understand their struggles and points of view. This is a story I am definitely saving and planning on rereading down the line.

A much different though much more realistic ending. But I will still keep it in my mind that the finale big event was what was in the original (after all what would have them so worried, required official documents and that recital at the end) unless they are adopting. One thing I will add is that although I would say Noah was the main character, I would have liked a quick POV from Jordan.

So happy this was just posted. It appears to have stuck closely to the original version and I am more than happy for that. FYI I just reread the last five chapters of the original.

I don’t think either of them is a jerk, just couldn’t think of a better word and so I continued using what others were.

Didn’t in the original: And both characters are flawed Jordan was a jerk for jerking around Jenn and Noah’s emotions in the beginning and now Noah was having trouble coming out because he feared he’d be disowned. On the spectrum of jerkiness I think Jordan is the worse.

I would love it if you wrote a second story, telling us about John/Christians backstory and hopefully falling in love. In addition continuing on about The Major. It was a beautifully written piece.

I like how you’ve seriously deviated from the Nifty version, I liked the mother drama version there but it also broke my heart. Also if Aiden is the same age as Noah how is he already working?

What did I miss? I saw it referred to as just phone sex or were you referring to the chapter title Phonography? He’s just using what’s offered, it doesn’t seem like there was a quid pro quo so to speak. Alex seemed to be attracted to Brandon in the sex sort of way, but not feelings. He’s still young and admitted he’s a slut. Has it been mentioned that Jeremy knows Alex is gay?

Yeah I believe Hot and Cold wasn’t originally premium. Something about a hockey player policeman, a person who wanted to visit his grandmothers hometownn in Sweden and had a crash. Then in another they were in NY and took in a late teen kid who one of them coached hockey when father was moving cross country. And I just read the other two.

What a good story and glad Cyril realized what he should do. I’d like to see more of them in the future.

Well the wand Ben has seems to keep evil spirits away and she forgave him when Cash visited. So maybe she will be.

I’m sending you thoughts and prayers. I’ve had of deep depression and panic attacks from a young age and couldn’t handle it. I was diagnosed as bipolar (probably only because I had mania and deep depression was caused by a high dose of Wellbutrin) but I was more depressed and had panic attacks. I’ve been treated inpatient twice and several instances of long term (mainly to get drugs right) outpatient day therapy (like school but treating you how to manage) when I was 21. One thing that helped was automatic thought records, something they taught a lot and it’s something that has helped me with panic attacks and some depression (although a lot of time I don’t know what causes it). Essentially you think about your situation, then the worst negative thought about it, think of your emotions and rate them from 1-100%, you think of an alternative to the situation, look back at your situation against the positive alternative, and finally you re-rate your emotions. If you learn it and do it enough you can work through it in your head. I feel so sorry for you and how you haven’t heard from C. But based on your writing it almost seems like either C got you in trouble.

Okay, if Clint wants what’s best for his son why is he hooking him up with a escort and cam model? Surely at some point a fan of the two will figure it out and cause trouble.

I've only really noticed one minor change so far in this version compared to Nifty's. Other than that the Nifty file size seems a lot bigger per chapter. Are you cutting out some original material?

Sounds like the DONNAS are lying there to make them look better. I get them ripping Shane a new one to an extent but it seemed like the completely forgotten the sins of Shane. Shane was telling everyone he had the kcal and transitioning.
