I hate stories that begin with "Hi! My name is Frostina McWinters, and I am 16 years old, and I'm a Virgo, and I'm a Viking Princess, and my hair is brown, and I am 5'5", and I weigh XXX pounds (like I'd tell you my real weight tehehe), ..." Hence, what I hope is "realistic" thought processes and dialogue. Hope it all worked out! (Don't hurt me for the example; I'm fragile.)
I'm just gonna reply to all of these reviews of yours in one go. I have a horrible memory so I don't know what you're referring to with "OUCH!" I try not to get political unless my characters are, in which case I get political according to THEIR views (not mine). Sorry for causing doubt with your reviewing skills? I dunno. Some reviews are fake, whereas others, well, you're a bit late to the party. Thanks for loving my sarcasm. It's close to the style I use in real life! Slash Work was written for a site that's predominantly female, hence the fangirl backlash. Hope you continue to read and review!
Oh hi there! Haven't heard from you in awhile. I'll be honest: I forgot who Cody was, so I had to go back and reread. At least he had the balls to see the situation for what it was and handled it promptly. We only know that Clint never attended the reunions with somebody. He may be single, with a girl, or with a guy. Jamie doesn't know and thus, we don't know. Thanks for the review!
I remember you! Good times...Still bewilders me why this was so popular back then, especially considering Shawn's personality. Not sure what prompted you to read it as well, since I don't do blackmail much anymore, but I'm glad you read it nonetheless! Feel free to read my other stuff as well. Sadly, grad school is preventing me from writing, so unless an anthology strikes my interest, I don't see a new series coming here anytime soon. So sad. Thanks again for the review!
Holy shrimp instant reply time! Yes, Shawn and Anthony are douchebags and you weren't supposed to INITIALLY like them, though I hope they grew on you as the story progressed. Shawn's nightmare is one part his unconscious calling him out on his a-holeyness (TOTALLY a word), one part my experimentation with writing Saw-style horror (just to see if I could do it well), and one part just to mess with you guys. Thanks for reading!
I tried to make this story as realistic as possible, and seriously, who is so PC that it borders on sainthood? I'm glad that you liked Shawn's...less than favorable views on life. If you want to read more, simply click on my author profile and read away.
Since replying to every point made there would certainly break the internet, I decided to post my reply on the forum page, so please read it there: http://www.gayauthors.org/forums/topic/26699-black-star-cross/page__st__275
Thanks! The timeline technique was something of an experimentation for me, so I'm glad it worked really well. Be happy for Jamie, though. By letting go, he's moving on to a more happier period in his life.
Tell Me That You Love Me

The date was fast approaching, and I was getting more nervous as it neared. I had already been to one of these things before and it was a disaster (to me at least). Who knew that a high school reunion would be so stressful? Well, it’s probably not as stressful to the people whose lives aren’t a chaotic wreck. I knew that he’d be there, which is partly the reason why I was so stressed out. He was there last time and, according to the lea
Chapter 52: Graduation
“Kasey Abernacki.” the announcer proclaimed.
The principal had started announcing the names of graduating students. Kasey went up, received her diploma, shook hands with the principal, the vice principal, and some other lady, and headed back to her seat. We all applauded, even though most of us didn’t care. Her parents took pictures.
“Reginald F. Acetalia.”
There was a Reginald in our cl
I was wondering where it was also. Luckily, it seems it's back online. Maybe it just went to sleep when I uploaded a chapter. It's in the Peer Review section for eternity.
Chapter 51: The Rise and Fall of The Great Anthony Heinmann
I smiled. He just looked more nervous. I kissed him deep this time, and he did return the kiss, but, once that kiss ended, he still looked like it was his first time going into a haunted house attraction.
“Well, I guess I need you to turn over again, so that I can start licking your ass to get it nice and slick,” I said.
“Don’t bother, dude,” Anthony stated. “There’s a bot
Shawn and his mother are still at odds with each other, but to my understanding, Shawn's mom is just glad that he's back in the house and not out on the street...again.
Chapter 50: The Plunge
“Dude, guess what?” Anthony said excitedly.
We were in the lunchroom. It was now a week before graduation. Finals were next week. Anthony had just bought his food and came over to sit next to me. I don’t know what he could be so excited about. I was too busy stressing over exams.
“What?” I plainly asked. It was almost “cute” to see him this excited.
“Dude, my mom’s working double shif
Chapter 11: Finale/How Do I Tie Up All These Loose Ends?!
Mitchell lied unconscious in the back seat of my car. His hideous, evil mole of doom staring directly at me. It was through the miracle of last minute thinking that I suggested to Chad that he buckle Mitchell in, instead of having him lying limp in the backseat. THAT would look a little suspicious to any passerby. Chad, reluctantly, agreed. The reason why Mitchell was unconscious was, of course, because Chad had,
