Getting sorted I waited for Sam to find his things for the night. Needless to say it was a boring five minutes. I flopped on my bed humming while Sam rummaged through his bags. Over the course of the next week things changed drastically. Instead of Luke's constant silence there was laughing and endless conversation. Luke's music could be heard from every corner of the house. It impressed Cathy to see Luke's passion and persistence. The two of them were a family again and the house, for once, felt at peace with itself. allow me to say again that the point of this post isn't for vanity sake its just to encourage you that you can live a healthy life that doesn't suck. Its about doing small things that will impact the rest of your life. Be aware of what you're putting in your body. Make conscious decisions to be proactive in your over all fitness. sometimes the most difficult things in life to accomplish are the most rewarding. Commit to doing something. Don't be lazy. You can do this.

Sounds like your on your way to doing great things for your body. Even if you take the bus to work you can walk home? I wasn't aware you worked late. So flavored drinks.... green teas only problem you run into with them is high caffeine. I like drinking gatorade. I also use some recovery drinks for when i work out and a ton of water. water is the best thing for you....

Lol i would have to hear your voice to know what they mean. LOL i think you can write lol Piano is fun. Learn chords and scales. start making your own music painting is a talent. its creative. The idea its something that you like doing. if you like it other people will too and some won't. Some people don't like Van Gogh does that make him any less talented?? and thanks You should post a pic on here. A sketch and a photo. Well what concept do you believe in? Very cool but i'm sure you can do something lol well its not a career. Just a talent. Same way i post things on here. I write for the love of writing thus i sing because i love it. Vids???? lol sure it is. So long as you can get a video of it
