i am looking to continue a story and write a few others and i would like the opinion of an editor, as i am coming out of a bout of writers block

Over the last couple of months when I have tried to get on the site this message has appeared. It has also appeared when I click on the link to the next chapter in stories I have read. Has anyone else come across this issue.
