There were things that smelled like Chris in the hamper. You do have such a delightful way with words... Absolutely loving this, even though the whole "how does the Chris/Alex thing work" bit is driving the analytical part of my brain nuts. (Fortunately, I've gotten quite good at telling it to keep quiet & stop bothering me). -- Pete

An impressive beginning, with a tantalising hint of mystery. (Of course, being the SF/Fantasy geek that I am, my first thoughts were parallel universes, magic, doppelgangers, and/or time travel. Something as mundane as twins didn't even cross my my mind... ) Great to see another story from you, and I'm looking forward to see where this heads. -- Pete
