    Epilogue

Yes, this is it exactly. I think Colton could eventually get over it, but h'd probably need a nudge in that direction. Forgiving is one thing, but forgetting.... He might have a problem with that too.

    Sorry!

    Epilogue

Colton is too damn stubborn for his own good. He holds a grudge and it's hard for him to let go. I think that's why he needs a mentor. Speaking of... Alpha Miller might be a good candidate for tracking down those hunters! There will be an ebook and paperback version of the story soon. I'm trying to have them out around the middle of June.

    Chapter 17

This book was shorter than the first, though it's still considered novel length... I'm sure we'll see more of Zef in the future.

Thanks. Jed was one of my favorite side characters from the first book and I'm happy he got the ending he deserved.

    Epilogue

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I knew I had a lot to live up to, and it's good to know that you liked it. Colton does hold a grudge with his dad. It's understandable on one hand, but on the other hand, he probably should let it go. But Colton is pretty damn stubborn, so it's realistic that he wouldn't want to bury the hatchet. Maybe with Christopher in the picture, Colton will change.... In a nutshell, Colton is angry with his father for denying his bond with Parker, and also suggesting that he keep Parker a secret on the side while he mates with a female to produce pups. Maybe someday Miller will get his own book. If he does, I suspect we'll learn a lot more about the hunters...

    Epilogue

At Jed’s side, Buzz followed their alpha. They darted through the trees, following the river line. His heart raced, his senses on high alert. Since Shell’s kidnapping, they had stepped up their training and exercise routines. With the threat of the hunters on them, it was more important than ever that they be at one with their alpha. Especially with the little ones they now had in the pack. Buzz looked up into the sky, letting the moon’s rays wash over him. He turned to his mate. Even thou

    Chapter 17

After the hunt, Jed could barely control himself. His cock was so freaking hard he could’ve used it to pound nails. He desperately needed to be inside Buzz, needing to feel his mate’s tight heat wrapped around his cock. Instead of going to the dining hall for the feast, Jed grabbed Buzz and dragged him back to their cabin. Slamming the door shut behind them, Jed growled. Even though they’d just run and hunted, his wolf was once again on the surface, ready to burst free. “I have to have you.”
  14. "Why are you nervous?" Eli rang his parents’ doorbell, then looked down at his boyfriend, who stood next to him on the porch, fidgeting. Noah shrugged, while pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose. “Your parents make me nervous.” "They love you, babe." "Your dad always makes jokes about me cutting my hand." "No, he doesn’t. Look, there’s no pressure; it’s just a cookout." Eli’s father, John Holmes, opened the front door. He called back over his shoulder, “Sheila, Eli and Noah are he

    Chapter 15

Have you been talking to Mann? LOL He wanted "Baby Cujo" (that always makes me smile) to grow horns and claws and decapitate Derek and the others in one swift move.

    Chapter 15

The dream was a callback to when Christopher was killed, only Buzz was in his place. But, yeah, Jed would never have given up fighting for Buzz.

    Chapter 15

Mann pushed for Jed to kill Roy, and I think it really worked.

    Chapter 15

Colton hates bullies. Of course he'd stand up for Buzz. Glad to hear you're enjoying the story so much. This was the climactic chapter for the story and I'm happy to know it worked.

    Chapter 15

I wanted the beginning to set the tone for the chapter. I'm glad to know it worked!

    Chapter 16

Jed walked with Buzz toward Parker’s cabin. “You sure you’re gonna be okay?” “Yeah, I’ll be fine. Zef will be there. And I promise I won’t buy any upgrades.” Jed couldn’t help but smile. “Okay. Good.” Since Colton had to work, Jed was taking Parker and Wylie to see Doc. Buzz would be heading into town to open the service station on his own. Even though the threat of Buzz’s asshole brother appeared to be over, Jed still worried about his mate. Leaving him so soon after the challenge was
  22. "Any big birthday plans tonight?" Leslie asked. Noah shook his head and picked up his bag. "Eli and I are going to dinner. That's about it. I haven't had a chance to see him the past couple days, so I'm looking forward to a relaxing evening with him." "Mm-hmm. Relaxing..." "Get your mind out of the gutter. Let's go." Noah flipped the main light switches, and the library went dark. "I'm coming," Leslie griped as she grabbed her purse from behind the counter. "Hold your horses." After setting

    Chapter 13

I think I mentioned in here that my husband totally does that. He sometimes calls me and our doggy "boo boo"... and it was confusing at first :-)

The scene with the shirt is one of my favorite moments from the book. I'm glad you liked it.
