I didn't like HRH Princess Amelia as I thought her to be a spoilt royal shrew, wanting her way and damn anyone else's feelings. But, on noticing other's comments and upon doing a bit of research, my view changed. I feel that she had a strong spirit and her life was cut short by turberculosis in 1810 at age 27.

I just binge read these 11 chapters and the end of Gap Year. I was always ambivalent about JJ and couldn't understand him. I thought he was a two dimensional character. Now I am getting to know his psyche and thought process, mourn for his loss of childhood innocence. I'm starting to look forward to more of his presence in the story. I can't wait until "The Visit" and Kris' reaction. I agree with Darryl62 that Will sometimes acts like a juvenile jerk. I don't feel like I have to love unconditionally and root for him all the time. To me this means he's a complex and believable character albeit still young and immature. Also agree with gmc that maybe it'd be a good idea that the younger generation get taught basic self defence, anti-kidnapping and evasion techniques. edit: I have to add... Father and son compliment each other on their life partners that are half-brothers... Only in the CAP universe 😜

My thoughts are that Curtis wouldn't suicide for all the reasons others have stated, narcissistic, cowardice etc. He probably thought right up to the end that he could turn his fortunes around and ruin everyone who dared attack the "Great Curtis Buck" My two picks are Taylor - either daddy told her to dump Zach and she actually woke up that he is a sick incestuous paedophile because she really loves Zach OR daddy dumped her as a f*ck toy and she actually woke up that he is a sick incestuous paedophile. In both scenarios, she and/or Zach could have worked out for her to conveniently have a mental breakdown therefore become the victim or not be able to be prosecuted. Zach - because Curtis could have told Zach that he was going to out him anyway to get back at him for holding the blackmail over his head. Now everyone knows about Taylor and Curtis so Zach doesn't have that protection anymore. After all Curtis has history of outing and ruining people i.e. Jake. Also Curtis may have told Taylor to dump Zach and Zach may have thought that if Curtis was dead Taylor would come back to him. The outside picks were Big, but I just couldn't see him actually pulling the trigger, or Miranda but I truly see her as being just as sick and twisted, and too self centered to think of killing Curtis. Isn't it strange that we are so invested! This is so like who shot JR (even in Australia lol)

Holy cow... does Jake have any claim to the Buck fortune? Can you imagine if the find out that Curtis isn't a Buck... and that Jake is the eldest son of Thomas Buck... and the true heir.... Mind blown 🤯

It seems that Curtis Buck will go to any lengths to get Travis' money. So the options are to either Travis dies within a very short timeframe or Buck will have to be neutralized before his birthday. I can't see the first happening on the Crampton/Schluter clan watch. Maybe Buck will be bought off, blackmailed (as @akascrubber said) or end up killed himself (mom Buck might snap). Love reading the speculation that comes at the end of each chapter. We're all so invested! 🤣 Great story.

My two cents worth... another possibility for Travis' bio-dad could be Ace as he was a hound dog and was at Claire's wedding. I was going to suggest Jack as a possibility, but rereading "Man in Motion", Claire's wedding chapter, I can't see that happening.

I'm invested in the whole mystery 🧐 I'm putting my money on Jack having an affair and maybe a illegitimate child on the way. He'll somehow drag up Claire having an abortion in high school and it will be a cluster f**k. All we need now is for Wade's mom to pop up!

Is it just me or did it seem like the characters were all rather bláse about a plane blowing up, especially since Darius and Travis were going to be on it. No one cared about if the pilots were in the plane or not? Are they all that elitist and jaded? This Chapter seemed a bit "off", rushed or less thought out from the usual excellent offerings.

I got to paragraph 13 ... and I shouted "Will... that's GASLIGHTING, get a clue and kick him out!" I know he's young but his dick does too much thinking for him. I never saw any reason for Will to be with Zach apart from supposedly amazing sex. Zach did nothing to support their "relationship", it was just a booty call.

I think that there may be a threesome... but I believe that Zach is self centered and, although he may love Will in his own way, when push comes to shove, his own interests will win out. Maybe he ends up giving an ultimatum to Will to stay away from Travis but still let Zach have him as a fuck buddy... would Will desert a friend in need,,, I don't think so... Travis seems to be too paranoid, and rightly so, to be able to be his genuine self and has a long way to go before he can be with Will in an open relationship... this might be a long term development through their college years. Will is more aware of his strong personality than his father but he will have to watch for any tendency to take over control and fix Travis' problems, only to be hurt and rejected if he steamrolls consent. I am feeling a huge devastating end game is coming for the three...

still not liking Zach... I mean I understand where he's coming from with his focus and dedication to his goal of NFL but until he is out, his relationship with Will is kept hidden in the closet. Travis seems to be powerless when impotent compared to Will. He seems really trapped and I hope his pig of a father gets smashed... can't wait for Steph to be appraised of the situation... 😈😛

@centexhairysub This is exactly where I am at... I hope Curtis *uck burns in hell... Will is getting better and better at reading people and reacting to situations... I can't wait for Stef and JP to get in on the act... not sure what Brad's take will be, he might try to "control" the response too much although he is getting a bit better as seen recently with his interactions with Jake and with Will. I am not a fan of Zach but am seeing a deeper side of him. He was so paranoid about his secret coming out but seemed so calm talking to C*uck (my new name for Curtis ) It seems there are a heck of a lot of people that knows about his affinity for dick so I wonder is he is going to be the first Out player in the NFL.
