    Chapter 12

“Will you be able to come in tomorrow morning?” Detective Bullock asks of me. “We just need to discuss your case going forward, now that Mayson is awake.” “Uh… sure.” I say, a little stunned. “I can come in shortly after football practice.” “That’s perfect. You will also be meeting the prosecutor on this case, and he will be able to explain what you should expect. Feel free to bring someone along whom you trust for support if you feel you might need it.” He adds. “Thanks Detective

    Chapter 11

Thank you Olivia leaving to better herself is definitely a good thing, and Mayson has some good timing, and probably watches too many soap operas

    Chapter 11

It’s been a couple of months now since I left the hospital. I was still living with Dale, sleeping in the same bed, even though, technically, we weren’t exactly together. A status I wanted to change. I was feeling both mentally and physically stronger thanks to the sessions with my psychologist and physio, along with the training program my coach had set up. My teammates also cheered me on when they would see me struggling, and help me up when I had my moments. They tried to treat me the wa

    Chapter 10

Thank you Sexuality I find is still very misunderstood, even in the LGBT community. There are sadly many people who think like Olivia, fortunately not all are lost causes, and I hope I portrayed that with Olivia.

    Chapter 10

Thank you Sadly people who think like Winters exist at all ages, my uncle being one of them I have read Holding the Man, and it really affected me, both good and bad. I still can't bring myself to watch the movie. As for the Thai drama, which is one of my favorites, I feel it is the most apt, as one of the characters says that the other's gender wasn't really significant to him. I am also friends with someone who is pan, who I originally thought was bi, till he told me more about about. As for the stories on GA, I'll be sure to keep an eye out

    Chapter 10

“I know you guys love me,” I say to him. “I am very lucky to have you guys in my life. I… I just don’t think that anyone would want me as their boyfriend.” Dale then leans in closer, his lips just lightly touching my own. “I think you misunderstood me when I said I loved you,” he tells me. “Not only do I love you, I also want to be your boyfriend. If you’ll have me that is.” “You do?” I say, somewhat shocked at his revelation. “Yea, but I don’t think us jumping into a relatio

    Chapter 9

hehe While a kiss would be sweet, I think that Dale recognizes that it would not be wise coming from him just yet. But at least Hunter knows he is loved.

    Chapter 9

Thank you with Hunter going back, I thought it would be good to give him a distraction. He clearly isn't ready both mentally, as displayed in the showers, and physically, but I don't think his support system he has with his friends and teammates will let him fall through the cracks As for posting earlier, I would not want that to happen and I can't wait for Parker Owens latest story to be finished so I can binge it

    Chapter 9

It was the morning of my being discharged from the hospital. I lay there in my hospital bed, just looking up at the paneled ceiling, wondering what my future would be like living with Dale. Would we get along, would we end up fighting and ruining our friendship? Would my crushing on him make things awkward? His actions over the past week seemed to tell me that he likes me, or is that just wishful thinking? My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on my door, “Morning Hunter.” came the voice

    Chapter 8

Thank You Hunter is not the brightest bulb in the box, he is also oblivious to a few things, as for Vicky, I think she can handle Olivia if she tries to get out of hand As for how drugs and medications affecting how people act is rather interesting. Especially working in a hospital. I hope your stepsister is doing well

    Chapter 8

It turns out Dale was right. I had just calmed down when I heard a knock on the door. After looking up and seeing who it was, I would have been out of that bed in a flash if I had the strength. Framed in the doorway was the last person I expected to see. Fresh new tears clouded my vision as I held up my arms to embrace my best friend. I never expected him of all people to be here for me in person, as he went to school so far away. “What are you doing here?” I ask Evan while clinging onto hi

    Chapter 7

Thank you, that is such high praise, and has really made my day. I feel I am constantly thinking of these characters and thinking what drives them, and how I can get them to the end goal I fore see, in a way that is in character and believable. I just hope I am successful at doing so.

    Chapter 7

Thank you I like to think that; where there is shadow, there is light. Some of us are just not seeing it because all we see is dark sometimes.

    Chapter 7

No, Thank you for reading Hunter does have a long road, but he is not alone. He has the love and support of his friends, which should be a big help.

    Chapter 7

Thank you Hmm I never thought it was a courtesy thing. With what my mother used to be a nurse back in South Africa, and I always assumed (which is wrong to do ) that the Afrikaans doctors were being old fashioned when they referred to the nurses as 'Sister'.
