Oooooo, you're absolutely right. Thanks for catching that. My proof-reading skills aren't terrible but I know I miss things at times. Rotten typos. I'll get that fixed! Oh yeah, the Tylenol scare happened when I was just a tot, but I did know about it. Doesn't make the packaging less frustrating! The bottles don't bother me but some of those little packages drive me crazy. And, yep, Mick is hardly tiny. He's definitely more sensitive about his height than he really ought to be. I got that part of him from a few people I know who really aren't particularly short but grew up in families where the other men or women were all taller than them. My sis is 5'7" and I can tuck her under my chin when we hug. My brothers are all over six feet. She's not really short, but she feels short and can be a bit sensitive about it. Yeah. He's had a really rough time and we didn't want to gloss over the fact that even with a good support system, he needs professional help. He's going to be okay. Promise. Tilly will go, too. He was trapped for a shorter time, but there's still an effect. And he's Jasper's support person. People whose loved ones have been through trauma deserve support, as well.

I woke up with a fae wrapped around me like I was his favorite teddy bear and a werewolf staring at me. Oh yeah. Definitely. They are going to be very uncomfortable about the whole thing. His sister will worry he's being taken advantage of. She's not going to be happy. They were sick with worry about him. After what happened to him before when he was a teen, they are all extremely protective of him. They worry about him anyway. When he went missing and then the cops suggested he might be dead? It was awful for them. He really needs to visit them soon. Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you like the story!

I grew up in a minority-majority town that's about half Hispanic. I still live there. I learned more Spanish from my friends than from school. Amusingly, my Spanish is questionable but my accent is apparently pretty good. And I'm the only one in my group at dental school that speaks Spanish, so I get used to translate quite a bit. My sister thinks this is hilarious because I can get my point across, but sometimes I speak Spanish like an idiot who can't remember which word goes where. Everyone I've ever spoken dental Spanish to is excessively kind about it though. They always tell me I did great... Like you say to little kids who are trying really hard but really that picture of a cat looks like a constipated badger on crack. Sorry, I'm rambling. But thank you! I'm looking forward to my birthday tomorrow. I'm so glad you like the story. I'm pretty addicted to it too.

Aww thank you! My husband is teasing me with possible gifts. He seems delighted. He does it every time because he knows I want to know but I love surprises so I don't want to ruin it. He's making my cake tonight! I'm so glad you like the story, even though there are some rough parts. Hopefully the rest makes up for it. I'm very glad the conversation came across okay. Mick followed her around like a baby animal when he was left at the hospital. She thought he was so cute and he was quiet. It made her think of a baby bunny hopping along after her all the time. And his family is kind of amazing. After everything he and they have gone through, they are very accepting of most things. Puts things in perspective. As long as he brings home consenting adults who treat him right, they'd accept most things. It's a very loving family. Kind of kooky, but loving. *Ahem* Chinga tu madre y tienes caries en el diente.
