Jed's fire is indeed dangerous for anyone other than his own kind (it still hurts his own kind but they would not die) and his mate...which he still doesn't quite realize that he already has (a mate, that is) [Talk about total denial]. If you remember how Eli back in the day wasn't allowed on moonlit runs to replenish his wolf energy...I think that Honey might have soaked up a lot of moonlit goodness. I'm gonna guess that he's loads more okay with shifting into his second form than Eli ever was. All of this is conjecture at the moment because I can't ask Robin for details yet (she writes for Honey).
