molly lunch sounds good - mine was cheese and crackers sitting outside so the dogs and i both got some fresh air. we all enjoy this time outside. so i hope you have a good afternoon.

now the rest of the story - i don’t eat the snickers bar frozen - i wait till it thaws and then decide if i want to eat it. urge vs need .... i eat about 1/4 of them and put the candy back in the candy jar. saves me calories.

We take them and freeze them so i have to wait to eat the snickers. or is we really want to eat health we freeze grapes. They are good on a hot day.

molly i hope things got better after this break. we all get those times when we get pulled in so many directions and everyone wants our attention. i use a thought a old manager told me “don’t focus on the mountain - focus on the pebble and move it when done take another pebble and move it when you move enough pebbles you have moved the mountain. so take care of yourself. you are not alone.

Fae i hate when the screw on your glasses fall out and you are to blind when you don’t have your glasses on to put the screw back in. So good luck on the rest of your day.

we tried a new recipe we made corn casserole corn / whole/ creamed / milk / cornbread mix we had some fresh pick sweet corn the bi color yellow / white and we used it which gave it a different taste.

Fae that is a shame but you have to be there some times this is the only contact they get with a person. so what is a small thing for me will make a big impact for them.

molly you be surprised how many older people are left at home with problems. the sad thing is that they think this is normal. we have people that use the phone for a remote. We have one lady that uses us as her TV guide and we have to keep up on her ball teams and what channel and at what time. so every call is different. molly the new shower head sounds like a good thing so hope you both enjoy it.
