Don't know about anyone else, but a sign of age comes from arthritic movement from being hunched over tables too long, moving stifly because of joint locks and pain (one part exposure, one part age.)

See, I totally agree with you here Steve... but one little change I would make is that Lump and Chase might have started something, and Lump backed out, turned him in to protect himself from his own father, or refused to support Chase when they both got outted... Hence why he fell to drugs and whatnot, as self medication for his guilt, remorse, and denial of his own truths...

Is that why he was so bent on getting rid of his brother? Pecker envy? I mean he was the "little brother" and all... but I thought good genetics tended to keep to all of the family... I don't have a brother of my own, but I've seen pics of others.

So... I have a fear of heights too, well not really heights as much as sudden stops and surviving in a helpless state. I fell out of a fig tree at about a height of 9-10 feet, landed spread eagle under the tree in a short pile of leaves and figs, scared the living sh*t out of me... There could have been any number of things under the leaves; sticks, scorpians, snakes, etc. The very fact of the way I landed probably saved me a trip to the hospital, but there's nothing like explaining to my grandmother why my shirt is sticky with brown spots that wont come out anymore... Ever since, I've had a fear of falling and surviving... course my horrible LACK of balance doesn't help near the edges of tall things.

You forgot: Assault (what he did before he shot the cop) Battery (having shot the cop) Resisting Arrest Fleeing from authority (LVPD will get him on this one) Conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree Conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree (yes these are two different charges and they can both be applied) Reckless discharge of a weapon with intent to harm (shooting the cop again/tranquilizing the boys) Don't know about hte drug charges, at best we know he has them... but there is little to no evidence so far... even with the drugscreen that wouldn't hold up in court as evidence that Eric purchased and supplied them, even with the boys witness testimony. The defense would have it noted they were both drugged at the time and have their testimony immediatly after being shot removed as unreliable... He's also got violation of parole in there from when shot the cop and disappeared... I'd have to check the charges list again later to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Oh yes, I am concerned, Eric will be a key witness (for softer prison time) against the Fundies... he can't die yet... again: he cant die YET! Maybe after the trial is over, he might meet with Mrs Bubba... who likes boys? eww?
