I didn't see it coming that Jed and Trudy were the ones who were financing Kyan's life. After hearing them out it makes sense. They are amazing and compassionate people and Kyan is so fucking lucky. Protect them at all costs.

OooOOOO. Nice job sneaking this back into the story. I think about this financial hardship often and am curious how it will change things between Perry and Kyan. I think this is the only real obstacle between them so if they can hash this out I think they will ride the gravy train

Kyan CLEARLY wants Perry but I just don't think he's quite to the point where he can fully admit it. Part of me wants Kyan and Max to fuck off because Perry is a damn catch and I want him for myself. This is the first time we're seeing Kyan interact with people outside his family. I know he told the guys about Perry because he was inserting himself, but I kind of wonder if Kyan is more of an extrovert and is dying for male friendships. The dude has been stuck at home for almost a decade. He could use a brocation himself.

Kyan is pulling out all the stops to get what he wants. Sure hope his intentions are more than sex even if the evidence doesn't show that to be the case

I did not love the conversation with Max. I wish he had come out and told him the truth. Alas, life is not that easy. I don't dislike Kyan, but Max deserve more than to be yanked around. This could negatively impact their friendship. We will see...

Welll.... gross. In my head I wash my sheets regularly but in reality, maybe only once a month? Hmmm. Might have to re-evaluate this. Kyan isn't running, so that's good. I am very invested in the conversation with Max.

Playing catch up after being out of the country for two weeks. I am pro Max so this was a little hard to swallow. I don't think Max deserved this. Just be straight with him. Other than that, it was a good chapter. A great chapter. Surely Kyan is going to freak out and run but that's okay because Perry will give chase.

My poor Max got the shaft (and not the good kind). I know I know that Kyan wasn't intentional about what he did, but Max did not deserve that blow back. Next chapter is going to be an epic shit storm of tall proportions. There is no way Kyan will not completely freak out. He's not ready for what is in front of him and he's going to severely damage Perry in the process. And the kids. Think of the kids.

Regardless, now Perry has to do all the work, the same way Dayna had done. Ugh. Lazy boy! Why does he want Kyan?????

Still team Max. At this point I find Kyan nice but nowhere near good enough for Perry. When the facts are laid out on paper, it’s obvious Max is a perfect fit. I know this is not the popular opinion. I hope the birthday party offers a more intimate environment for the two men to get to know each other. Kyan has a lot of potential but Perry has suffered enough (if he has been pining for his BIL as long as we think he has), no need to Perry to also be tasked with being Kyan’s experiment.

I'm sure this is true but at the same time it seems really unhealthy how close this family is. Nothing is done outside of this small circle. This is not my personal experience so it seems very bizarre and mildly creepy.
