In The Barb is an amazing story with fantastic characters. While now up to Chapter 17, the assortment of characters has grown, their continued development, painting of scenes, and so much more make this well worth the read. Compliments too on editing. How anyone can leave a hateful comment followed by the word "friend" is beyond comprehension. I, for one, am disappointed to see a fine new author on GayAuthors.org receive such disrespect. Keep writing; @Vcs, your efforts are respected and appreciated.

A wise man, Mill. I like the quote from On Liberty (1859), "The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others." It's amazing how so many think they have that right because they have the "right" skin color, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.
