Hmmm how long has Perry been crushing on Kyan? This makes me wonder if Jessica and even Dayna knew about his feelings? Y’know, if you have siblings and early on, make comments about who your siblings are dating and letting them know if you find their Jan or woman attractive.. I could see this bring the reason why Perry is cautious about his sexuality in front of Kyan..

1. LOVE MAX! 2. During the extremely humorous coffee date exchange, I wondered if Perry would get jelly over Max getting close to Kyan or Kyan getting jealous if Perry and Max hit it off and became an item..

Loved the part where Kyan and the kids are mourning Dayna together and how Kyan uses the sad-I-pillar/blanket with them. He would’ve made a great kindergarten teacher! Also loved that Perry took him to places where he could vent and have a much needed adult conversation with his “ex-friend”.

It truly takes a village.. Kyan and the kids have a lot of love coming from their small village and they’ll need every bit of it to get through the rest of their lives without Dayna.

Hi, I never got around to commenting after this chapter was released. I am so appreciative of you taking the time to create this epic-louge about two great men who fell in love and built a solid life together with a growing and extended family. You made these two so realistic with your incredible knowledge and familiarity with both their professionals as well as those of their family and friends that really makes the story feel so real. I will miss reading about Jay’s Loe Life but will return to re-read their love story from start to finish whenever I can!

I honestly feel like Rob Possible has dug up that Loren and Lars’ “parents” aren’t really their parents.. Then again, there are plenty of examples of real “parents” who cause harm to their kids so maybe something more dark.. One fact I know about @Mrsgnomie, the reasons are usually different from what I or other guess! Anywhore, while my mind cooks up other possibilities of what Rob may have discovered, I have to say, this chapter makes me so happy to see Loren parenting through Jay’s eyes. The fact that Jay’s mom wants to buy the girls the ugliest outfits and Jay actually has them rocking them is hysterical! Those clothes would honestly never know what they look like on the girls unless she came to visit and even then, I doubt I’d have them wearing them! And Loren gave the best reaction! It was cute reading about Aiden and Carson’s relationship.. Wild how Aiden’s No. 1 fan prefers the No. 1 fan’s spouse! He has no idea how he could get away with everything if it was up to Jay! Patiently waiting for the next - longer - chapter!

My thoughts are all over the place as I think of my fave parts/past portions of Jay and Loe’s love story.. Aw man! I would’ve definitely lost the bet on the sex of the twins. I was hoping for one of each! It’s wonderful to see Loe’s thoughts on how lucky he got with Jay. I was always TeamJay and happy to see how he’s very much a large part of the fan club! I recently saw a clip of a football player, who’s team won the Super Bowl be informed that his wife was at the hospital in labor and explaining to his small children that they had to hurry to see the new baby. Such a special, private moment that I got to watch and it’s nice seeing how well you captured the excitement and joy in both Jay, no surprise there how happy he was to see his baby girls, but Loe’s expression. They made the slow burner of him being sucked into the idea of going from reluctant boyfriend of a proud uncle to Uncle Lowen to Dad. I knew Jay’s mom was gonna be all over those baby girls. It’s hard to resist babies, they are so innocent and just getting to know this crazy and beautiful world..they just want to be loved. And the babies are an extension of Jay, whether biological or not so I wasn’t surprised that both his parents were going to absolutely love the girls as soon as she saw them. I’m not the biggest fan of their selected names but I’ll call them M&M. Hopefully an explanation will come in the next chapter or so.. Also, I was so happy to see some of my fave characters make an appearance like Seamus, Matt, Aiden and Carson 💖

I read this story the day it posted but didn’t comment until I just remembered I had wanted to.. Love the way you opened up this standalone story, starting with Jensen and Nolan in the beginning and letting each tell/show his side of the story before ending with bringing them back to the present. It was funny how Nolan was so against the idea of even being with Jensen because of their age gap but it turned out to not be so bad. Jensen entered his life when he was at his lowest and was a Godsend over the earlier years when he was barely holding it together and no matter how much he tried to resist Jensen and his help, Jensen never gave up. It was so easy to love both of them!

When I saw the email notification rebar this new chapter, I couldn’t believe it was finally here! I patiently waited all day from work, home relaxing and de-stressing from the day to have a murder mystery film cut short to talk to my sister for over an hour to finally reading this chapter! And it was so worth the wait! So happy for Jay and Loe. They’re having twins! You never disappoint and I can’t wait to read more about this new chapter in their lives and seeing how supporting characters are doing now. Would love to know how Matt’s dad is doing! And thanks so much for mentioning me as a fan with a question. That’s honestly something I would ask because I’m always wanting a restaurant to have a location open in my area lol That mentioned made me feel so special and 🥰 Fun fact: I have this YA series I have been working on for more than half my life.
