i loved the letter. it tied things together and showed that tom buck was a kind and caring man, not perfect but a good person. the last three chapters are like three parts of a whole, they need each other. the last few lines show us that this relationship may last the test of time.

i wish i had words to express how great this chapter is. George is truly a kind man. however, i am shocked. Caroline's treatment of William is evil. she has become so twisted. what love George had for her must be dead now. i can't wait for the next chapter. it brightens my day. thanks so much.

again, i am amazed at not only this chapter but both stories. they both draw you in and force you to want more. after reading these tales since the days of finding them on nifty. i marvel at your talent in creating two intersecting worlds. who would have thought that a lonely gay grad student and a wide-eyed teenager leaving home for the first time would evolve into what they are today. amazing.

i believe Caroline is still clueless. as David said she has no proof. she could drag freddie into this but that would only harm her in the long run. as for the gift from the tsar another awesome home and to answer David's question she has lost it big time.

One thing which was brought up is that with the new honors George is now more powerful and that should make St. Vincent think about going against George in the future.
