Apartment-Hunting during Lockdown As soon as we got back to the dorm, we hurried up to my room and logged into my email account. Sure enough, there was a message from Lily.HousingOffice@UMN.edu with an attachment called Off-Campus Housing Registry. The document was 2 pages long and listed 42 properties with address, brief description, monthly rental price, and a phone number. In a few cases there was also an email address listed. I printed two copies of the listing and passed one to

Thank you, @Ticklishboy30, for that comment. I had fun making the photos on Mage.Space and I think they added to the story. I'm glad you enjoyed them! Ken

Downstairs Gil and I faced the expected cat-calls, whoops, and “atta-boys” from the peanut gallery that had finally put away the cards and begun to focus on creating dinner for the six of us. Jim put on some soft Christmas albums to put us in the mood for presents and eggnog. With the activity in the kitchen occupying the others, Gil sat on the loveseat in the den while I got us each a cup of spiced cider to fuel some private getting-to-know-you time with my new fellow. When I was s

I wasn’t sure how I would get up the stairs in my condition, but I nodded because I, too, needed more. We were so overheated from the hot water and the hot make-out session that I didn’t feel the freezing air during the 10-second walk back into the house. Quickly we dried off enough to prevent dripping, then wrapped our towels around our Speedos. Gil and I hurried through the den and up the stairs without interacting with the card players except to nod in response to their comments about it g

A few minutes past two, Gil arrived in a flurry of snowflakes, hugs, and laughter. Initially, I couldn’t see him well, but finally he had his parka, Cossack hat, scarf, and gloves deposited in the hall and came into the den where we were all camped out in front of the fireplace while Mike, Jim, Rob, and Larry played more Spades. When I could finally see him, I saw that Gil was stunningly beautiful! He was several inches shorter than my 6’1” height, maybe 5’9”. He was small in stat

Very loosely based on a true incident. It was the Christmas season of 1983 if memory serves me right. I was visiting a gay couple in their early 30’s, Mike and Jim, whom I really didn’t know well. I was staying in their home as the guest of mutual friends, my BFFs Rob and Larry, who were allowing me to tag along on a holiday vacation. All four of my hosts were kind and gentle with me since I was only two weeks post break-up with my partner of nearly 3 years, Wayne, who had been my first

I was young and still naive. I had just been dumped by my first love. It was Christmas. There were good friends, a mountain chalet, a spectacular Christmas tree, a roaring fire, a view for a hundred miles, snow falling, carols playing, and I was miserable. Until a friend of my friends stopped by. Until he changed my life.

Hi RJRBD100, Thanks for that feedback, my friend. It is great to hear that a reader is enjoying the story on more than one level. Cheers! Ken

Evening Session Alan and I had a training session that evening back in his room. He worked my throat quite a while in order to help me learn to overcome my gag reflex. Eventually I managed to take his substantial piece of prime manmeat all the way to the root, squeeze it by swallowing a couple of times, then pull off to breathe. We worked this cycle for about 10 minutes in which he writhed on the bed, moaning, and gasping from sheer ecstasy. Once I became able to do this without

Coming Up with a Plan When we were settled in our usual corner table in the practically empty dining hall with our plates of spaghetti and meat balls, garlic bread, and salad, we decided it was time to discuss the looming closing of the dorm and the closing of the university for the remainder of the school year. I was the one who actually brought it up. “I can’t figure out what I can do if I can’t go home,” I said but then added quickly, “Yet, I don’t really want to go home either.”

The New Me Alan left his cock buried in my utterly relaxed asshole for a minute or two after we had both had our incredible orgasms. Gradually I felt his shaft shorten a bit and soften, though it didn’t really seem less filling than it had been when he was hard as steel. When his breathing slowed almost to normal, he looked down at me, locking his captivating amber eyes onto my baby blues. “How are you, babe?” he asked quietly. My mouth was agape as I drew in as

I just wanted to say @Mark Ponyboy Peters that I am impressed with the crafting of this story. Danny, Nate, and Jake are well-drawn characters who are different from each other but very compatible. You have given us subtle glimpses of their personalities and their motivations that in aggregate build fully developed, deep, intriguing, and very likeable characters. I have photos of the town and the beach areas in my mind based on your smooth descriptions. And, with such fully drawn characters, the plot is evolving organically and taking us down surprising paths. I'm enjoying the Seventeenth Summer a lot and look forward to more stories in the series, as I have only now discovered them. Great work!

I remember seeing Top Gun in the theater when it was released. The story was for shit, but I found myself so drawn to all the young actors that I didn't care about the story. I saw it again about 5 years ago and found myself more irritated by the story, but still loving the "scenery". To each his own, I think.

Dinner and a Movie After our joint shower, we went to our separate rooms to dress for dinner. As I was pulling on my clothes, I found my mind distracted by the memory of Alan’s response to my fingers in the shower just now. There was no question he quite enjoyed the prostate massage I gave him in a way that seemed much stronger than I would expect a straight guy to like that particular sexual act. As I left my room to go on to dinner, I decided to make that time a hot memory but not to t

It seems Brad has been around almost all of Danny's life. So, I'm guessing the "much younger" brother and sister are Brad's and Danny's mum's kids. Perhaps Danny feels like an outsider in the family because, well, he is, to a degree. That would be especially true if Brad is obvious about favoring the younger kids, I actually found Brad quite okay in this chapter. In Danny's mind he seems to be an arsehole, but I didn't feel anything from him but a bit of awkwardness but still rather supportive attitude toward Danny. I'm definitely caught up in the story.

Big Brother When I logged onto my Gmail account, I saw a few additional messages. Both my sister and my brother had written back as well as my roommate. But what caught my eye first was a message from the Registrar’s Office at UNM. Before I could click on the message, my phone chirped. It was Alan. “Hi,” I answered. “They were right. We’re going fully online for the rest of the semester.” “I see I have a message from the Registrar, but haven’t read it y

Study Time When I got to my room, I reached for my biology book, but decided I’d check email first. I cranked up the computer and logged into my account. In addition to the usual news feeds and promotions, I had a message from my sister Carrie, two from my roommate Bert, one from my best friend Joe, one from my friend Mike and three from my little brother Cole. Carriechris488@gmail.com: Damn, bro, this quarantine sucks. I had been asked out to the movies by Justin Reese for Satu

The Morning After When I awoke the next morning to the chirping of my phone’s alarm, I felt different than before. I grabbed the phone to shut off the alarm and became conscious of a tenderness in my asshole that quickly reminded me that I’d lost my virginity last night, a few hours ago. Well, sort of. Can you lose your virginity to a rubber (or is it plastic) thingie shaped like a dick? In my sleep-fogged mind I couldn’t decide the answer to that question. I glanced at my nightsta

“What we’re going to do a few minutes from now will not only change your life, it will change who you are. It will put you in touch with the core of what makes you a unique and special person. It will allow you – no, require you – to experience feelings you’ve not even been able to imagine before. At first it may be very strange and uncomfortable. It might hurt a little, too.” That made me a bit nervous. I know I can handle a little pain, but how much it would be was hard to guess.

Learning Lots Awkwardly, I performed my tasks with the enema in the common bathroom. It wasn’t particularly unpleasant, but wasn’t really fun either. I laughed as I realized I was going through this ugly and somewhat gross time to prepare for something I hoped would be exciting, maybe even beautiful. I knew the next few hours might be life changing for me, an intensification of the life-changing experiences of the past 24 hours. After refilling the squeeze-bottle with warm water fro

When we got back to Alan’s Durango after our walkabout at Quarai, I suggested we take a different road back, which Alan was happy to do. We drove north along some secondary highways that paralleled the east foothills of the Manzano Mountains. Alan was surprised when I told him “manzano” is the Spanish word for apple. “I can see right now that you’re a very good tour guide.” I felt myself beaming in his praise. I chuckled. “As long as we stay in New Mexico.” He smi

La Trombola captured my imagination early on and kept me entranced as I read the chapters. Many aspects of the plot are unusual and interesting -- the space exploration, the new planet, the unusual requirement for the planet to bless settlers. The back and forth between then and now served as a tether throughout to keep the reader from confusion as the story deepened. The characters were good loving and lovable people I cared for immediately. The plot resolves in an unexpected but very satisfying conclusion. I'm glad to have found this story!

The story has taken on a sense of immediacy as the settlers and Gnos must find and destroy the device before the space travelers can find the planet. I'm on pins and needles!

Summerabbacat: I am familiar with the ruins at Quarai. There are 4 separate sites in this national monument, all similar and stunning in their simplicity but the social fabric that allowed them to develop in the middle of the last millennium is astounding. New Mexico is full of quiet, people-free, and awesome places like this.

A Day Together That Sunday turned out to be one of the most unique and exciting days of my life, at least to that point. Since it was over a week before classes would resume and no one else was around and neither Alan nor I had a job, we had no commitments and no intrusion into our own private world on the third floor of the dorm. After I had given Alan his requested wake-up blow job, he went to take a shower while I returned to my room (352, by the way) to get dressed. A li
