I thought really long and hard about putting him with Andres, and then I reached the same conclusion as you did. It would not be a good look.
  3. Grayson Rose
Really, you warmed up to the bad boy with a heart?

Very good points. Did Marcus really love Sean? Very good question. Answer coming up really soon. Marcus's past with Sean is truly affecting his inability to make a choice between the two brothers.

Cameron's dislike of Andres comes from a place of hurt. He doesn't know how to articulate that very well. Ryan was definitely playing a game. His feelings have grown pretty deep for Marcus and he wants what he wants.

He is in love with both of them. I think anyone would find it difficult to decide between two guys they love especially if they both treat you right and you accept them for who they are. Plus there’s something else but I don’t ruin that little bit by saying it. But the choice is coming.

Marcus woke up in bed naked and alone. He could still feel all the places where Ryan had kissed and touched him. He slowly began to drift off into the memories of their encounter when he heard the sound of a marching band. At least, he thought it was a marching band. The sound came through his open bedroom window. It was a distant, slightly off-key rendition of “America the Beautiful,” accompanied by what sounded like drums, cheering, and several car horns. Marcus rolled onto his back

We are about to find out! Hope you're ready!

    It does appear that way

With these two there’s really just one thing missing.

SPRING It wasn’t just that it was a party. It was also a nightclub. Jamie hadn’t been inside a nightclub in almost two years. He’d forgotten how fucking loud they were. Hell, he had forgotten how loud life in general could be. “WHAT?” Connor shouted. Jamie leaned closer. “I SAID THIS WAS YOUR IDEA!” “I CAN’T HEAR YOU!” “THEN WHY DID YOU ASK WHAT I SAID?” Connor grinned. He loved how easily he could get under Jamie’s skin and how natural their banter was.

Thank you! I agree that their love will always be there to guide them.

Let's see...in chap. 17, they found the airplane so they could use the parts to reflect light from the island to signal for help. In chap. 18, there was the sound of an approaching helicopter that had come to save them. Admittedly, I could have written the whole rescue scene, but I just wasn't feeling it for some reason. So, I apologize for that. Daisy was for sure rescued as well, but her family reunion would have been private, as she wasn't from the same state as the boys...so in the end her purpose had been served. I'd like to think she's off adjusting better than Jamie and Connor, as she came to the island willingly with Dale and had things that they didn't have.

The quiet was louder than any voice could ever be. In all the years, the sheriff’s office had never been so quiet. ThereConnor and Jamie’s parents sat beneath fluorescent lights as they hummed loudly. The four of them looked like they had been through an emotional storm that lasted longer than any of them would have cared for it to last. Jamie’s mother sat with both hands wrapped around a paper cup that had gone cold nearly an hour ago. His father sat beside her, one knee bouncing unc

I’m so glad you pointed that out. I’ve tried to balance both relationships out to where either brother would be a good fit for Marcus. The hard choice will be coming before long.

The dive bar was live, and the dance floor was packed with bodies in motion. In the middle of the crowd, Marcus and Cameron were pressed together. Sweat dripped from their bodies. Cameron’s white crew-neck T-shirt clung to his body as if it had been painted on him. Marcus slid his hand up the stud’s arm, teasing him the way he had come to enjoy. His hand moved along Cameron’s shoulder and then up the side of his face. He took Cam’s Stetson off and placed it on his own head. Cameron b

Civilization? That’s a very good question because life kept moving without them.

I agree. The boar hunting is not an easy feat. Both boys have kind found their thing that fits who they are.

Connor sat where the water surrendered to the sand. His knees were drawn up, forearms resting loosely across them as he stared toward the endless blue. A year and a half. Sometimes that number felt impossible. Other times, Connor could feel every single day of it. His blond hair had grown well past his shoulders now, bleached nearly white at the ends from endless days beneath the sun. A scruffy beard covered a face that had once been clean-shaven. His skin had browned. His hands had ha

    It’s definitely a tough one.

Yes he is. I’m finding it difficult. I think I’m close to a decision though.

I think they both force Marcus to live again just in very different ways. Which is a good thing, considering his loss. I'm also still very torn over which brother he ends up with.

Marcus came to a stop in front of the house. The Calloway ranch was a massive stretch of land filled with cattle and horses. Marcus could easily picture Cameron and Ryan hanging around growing up there, running around, playing, and fighting. Those images made him smile. He didn’t have to text or wait for Ryan. The front door opened, and Ryan ran out and down the steep driveway. Marcus cut the engine off and stepped out of the truck. He leaned over the hood as he watched Ryan. The mor
