I hate it when cops do that. My parents live on a small army post in Germany, so I have to deal with Military Police. Imagine the whole young policeman attitude amped with the whole soldier attitude and even more authority. My first week here they pulled me over for my friend not having his seatbelt on in the backseat... I kept thinking how hard they must have been looking in my car to see him.... We get point taken off our driver licenses, so they don't issue tickets. But so many points and they can take your license, they probably enjoy doing it hah.
