They are undoubtedly doing it for the money. The gesture however can be seen as a step in the right direction, at least they're not letting people stop them from making them!

I have a saying Diversity makes the world go round. Instead of everyone trying to conform and create and write something that is SAFE we should try to create art which reflects our passions. Say what you want to say, portray what you want to because that's what art is all about! If people don't except it for it's true elegance and beauty then it's THEIR loss. As any of my readers will tell you, my writing is pretty deep, I like it to have meaning that screams out of the page and smacks you in the face until you HAVE to listen. I think as long as you aren't hurting people with your art or ideas, go for it!

Okay well I'm 18 and I've JUST finished high school. I STILL haven't come out of the closet yet and it wasn't fun at high school to hurt girls feelings by turning everyone down. The irony in all this is that when I FINALLY find myself, when I FINALLY understand who I am and how I feel, the opposite sex shows their interest. HOWEVER in response to your question...IF I HAD SOMEONE a boyfriend who I loved more than anything and I loved him, then no. I don't have one though and it would make everything so much easier just to be straight so yes, I would take the cowards way out and take the pill.
