  3. Hmm, are we talking openly gay, or those that still haven't come out but it's pretty much an open secret? I think there's a lot more of us out there than you'd think. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I guess I should have written "openly gay [...]", since that's what I meant. I know there are a lot more gay actors, it's just that coming out isn't very popular due to fear of its detrimental effect on their career (real or imagined).
  4. So I can forget about that kind of career? Damn... But seriously. How many gay A-List movie-stars are there? I don't think one would need more than one hand to count them off.
  5. Well... I certainly didn't. And it's not exactly popular to be gay in Hollywood. As Sir Ian McKellen said: "Many unthinking people just don't like the idea of gays joining in their games, nor in the military and, it would seem, in the movies." "I've had enough of being a gay icon! I've had enough of all this hard work, because, since I came out, I keep getting all these parts, and my career's taken off. I want a quiet life. I'm going back into the closet. But I can't get back into the closet, because it's absolutely jam-packed full of other actors."
  6. I wondered about that as well. But since it's the only way to reach Eggman (and his stories) I don't think there's much we can do but wait.
  7. *cast's the first vote for Sean* Since I have no control about what will happen I try not to think about it and just take the story as it comes. If I start to dislike it I can just stop reading any time. I can! Really... No, really! Oh, well. Who am I kidding...?
  8. I've been having problems sleeping for years now, so it's really not that much of a difference.
  9. What he said. It's funny though... I found Nifty as it was featured as Awful Link Of The Day at somethingawful.com, which I visit for the often hilarious Photoshop Friday, during the time I discovered my homosexuality. At age 21 I guess I was quite late in that. My curiosity got the better of me and I ended up reading half the night and being a frequent visitor. But lately I'm getting rather tired with finding the needle of quality in the haystack that is Nifty, so I started following external links given in stories I thought to be of exceptional quality. Talk about hitting the motherload... So I say it's Dan's fault you will have to endure me from now on. Just as many of my sleepless nights are his fault!
