One more step is all there is
Between me and nothing
And everything.
Considering life's twisted path
To the edge of the abyss.
Where I stand.
One more step for me to take
Tears, fears, confrontations
Call to me.
Standing here at the edge
Pondering my future
And my past.
One more step now taken
Into the ether
Set free.
