Money - 1. Money

How many more,

Are you going to hurt,

By taking away,

What little they’ve got.

How many more,

Will you sentence to die,

Purely because,

They saw all your lies.

How many more,

Shall be forced on the streets,

all in the name

Of your little green sheets.

How many more,

Shall fall to weep,

Before you see,

All your venomous cheek.

How many more,

Have to rise up in arms,

Just so they’re

Children can live and be free.

How many more,

Coins and notes,

Must you have,

While everyone else chokes.

How many more,

Lives have to be wrecked,

Before you bother,

To take a look.

Take a look at the world around you,

Tell me now,

Dose it please you?

You’ve taken they’re money,

You’ve taken they’re lives,

But what hurts everyone most,

Is that you’ve never noticed why.

So keep at your corruption,

Deception and your lies,

Because I for one,

Will not let you stand if another one dies
