Okay, well the power just came back on :2thumbs: It suddenly went out about 3 hours ago, due to the crappy rain and wind we were having here (I'm assuming) while I was chatting with Slave, so forgive me for just leaving you due to reasons beyond my control...

 

Anyway, Rich and I used the time to catch up on sleep and snuggle 0:)

 

So, if people's attitudes yesterday were a sign of how things are going to go in the coming year then... YAY!!! :thumbup: Everyone was sooooooooo nice even considering it was cold and rainy out, and we were still super busy even though it was a holiday, but there were no major complaints or issues at all! That, and I got called sweetie by more old men than I care to count, but... it's true. Well, most of the time anyway... I really DO try.

 

I have three days off this week... IN A ROW... WITHOUT asking :o shocking really! But definitely no complaints on my part! Maybe I'll actually get the next chapter finished for you all...

Sweetie, don't worry about the leaving. I had to go about five seconds after that anyways. And the days off are very good indeed. I am expecting more of that oh-so-lovely story you write that makes me want a bf really bad. It is a good kind of pain, though, like after a good workout. Except that I like never enjoy that pain, so that simile does not work in this case.

woo hoo! Glad you got your power back Viv! After hurricane Katrina I was without power for 5 days (not that I'm complaining it could have been much worse). It felt like a miracle when one day I got home and flipped on the lightswitch and it actually CAME ON!

 

Double "woo hoo" about getting to see the next chapter soon! I can't wait (but I will so don't worry). Take care and have an awesome week and a great day.
