So I went into work, and my boss Jo was all Ugh I don't feel good, and gonig on about how bloated she felt. So me and my other boss shared a smile and I turned back towards Jo and said, "Is it a boy or girl?" She gained a little weight, and she knows it, so we were having a little fun with her.

 

So she gives me this Look and goes, "Michael..." like she's ready to smack me.

 

So I'm all "okay okay, but if it's a boy your naming him Michael right?" and then i ducked because she threw a pen at me!

Reminds me of when I worked at Jack-in-the-Box as an assistant manager...one of our shift leaders (a female) was pregnant, and had developed "the glow". I noticed and congratulated her before she could tell anyone she was pregnant. You should have seen the shock on her face! Once she recovered, she asked me how I knew; I then had to relate my stepmother's pregnancy with my half-sister and the ability to recognize "the glow".

You do indeed never know...personal experience speaking. Tubal ligations are 99.7% successful. Occasionally, the doctor will tie a slip knot. :P
