    Gay Authors offers two ways to view our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).  You can view a list of help related questions or you can view the topics directly using the links below. If the help here is not sufficient, please open a support ticket by selecting "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Do I need to have my Personal Information stored on the site?

There are certain circumstances where your personal information must be in your customer account.  You can update your account under the Help -> Store Links -> Personal Information menu.

  • If you use PayPal for recurring subscription payments for Premium Content, then your Personal Information must match the account details on PayPal, by PayPal rules.  Stripe requires this as well.
  • If you have an Account Credits, then you must have your tax information on file and your full name listed in your account. (this is visible to you and staff only.
