I've having trouble with my subscription to Premium Content, how can I get help from site staff?
There are three different ways you can do this.
- If you have subscribed to Premium Content, you can go to your Client Area which can be found in the Store Menu --> Your Orders link.. Then select Premium Content. When the menu appears on the right, select "Support Request" and fill out the form.
- Go to the bottom of any page, select "Support Requests" and then select "New Request".
- Go to the bottom of any page and select "Contact Us". Fill out the form.
