That reminds me... I need to go through my toolbox and sort my sockets. Right now they're kept in the plastic bags that they came in, but those bags aren't resealable. Many of them are kind of all over the place, but luckily my car uses many of the same sized nuts and bolts, so the main ones are just tossed into the toolbox's tray.

 

 

On American cars 3/8th, 1/2 and 9/16th will get you far.

 

Never underestimate the usefulness of deep sockets!

 

If you go to Sears or a hardware store, you can find some pretty cool socket organizers. My favorite are metal tracks with bit heads that fit 3/8ths and 1/2" inch sockets. You just plug in your sockets in order and you won't lose them.

It's great that you enjoy your work. In my line of work it's wonderful when the compiler doesn't freak out and the resultant program runs exactly as expected. It hardly even seems like work at times. That's a reflection on my compunction for neatness. Neatly written and well-documented code that any programmer can look at and understand precisely what's going on. I'm sure we have a lot in common in that regard.

i have an organized chaos too.

 

i do get pissed off when its messy tho

but everything does not have a place

my room is a mess right now. but

when i decide and have 2 clean my room

it will be spotless. If i need to look for something

it will proubly be lost and then found when the thing isnt needed.

I will admit that I'm a little OCD, but at the same time I embrace organized chaos...

Like my room is completely organized chaos...

 

But when I was helping my friend move into her new apartment is was so funny because me and another friend were in charge of putting clothes in the closet... so we had to do it where long sleeved shirts were together, tank tops, short sleeves, &c... it's pretty funny.

 

So yeah, a little bit of both...

if im not home and spending the night some where

my bad is nice and neat

if i go on vacation my luggage and all that good stuff

is really neat

the only time i dnt care is if im at my house

but when my parents are away.

i go ocd with my rooms.

its wierd

 

i guess its only organized chaos cuz i live under they're roof
