It was time to bring JOMM to a close Tiff. You did a superb job of making that happen. It was a wistful ending, but everyone seemed to be in a good place, even Storm. I'll miss these guys as much as you will, but all good things must end and I can't think of a better way to end it than you did. Your next story will show how much you've grown as a writer. It is a very mature story involving slightly older characters and written in third person. In a general sense it reminds me of Everybody's Wounded. Once again you've created completely believable characters. Just like the scene in JOMM with Crew and Zeke on the phone with Sky in the background it's very easy to visualize these characters. The entire thing is more like a movie than a story. This is the story that's gonna put you into the big-time Tiff and give good old corvus a run for his money. He's gonna have to work hard to keep up with you.

At least you have some options. While the maid of honor is traditionally female, traditions are changing all the time. If your friends are OK with it, and you are too, then I say go for it. Maybe traditional terminology could be modified a bit so that there's a Best Man and a Man of Honor? How would you feel about it if you were the Man of Honor? How large is the monitor, who makes it, and how old is it? Was there a photo of it on Ebay? What kind of rating does the seller have? I appreciate your perspective on this issue Graeme. I can understand why you're not disappointed in Niels for having deleted his photos. It's certainly his decision to make. I too think it's sad he felt the need to delete them. The details about why I feel the way I do are best left for the PM which I already sent to Niels.

I only asked you to post the photo of your face. You posted the other one all by yourself. Did you do that just to make people think you're really unattractive? If so it backfired big-time my friend. Just look at the positive reaction you got. Do you honestly think all your fellow GA members would lie to you? If they thought you were ugly they'd have just kept quiet. While I liked B5 a lot, the never-ending technical inconsistencies bugged the hell out of me. In the case of Sci-Fi channel there really is no difference. They simply produce horrific sci-fi.

Sort of. I got into bed early enough. But I was so wound-up after beta-reading like nine chapters of Tiff's new series that I couldn't put it out of my mind. So I watched some stuff on NatGeo until sunrise before trying to get some sleep. I was up again at 9AM. So I took my psydoc-approved extra dose of Klonopin which knocked me out until early afternoon. BTW, I think all the messages from the admins in the GA Convention thread came about as a result of a PM I CCed to all of them detailing exactly why I did what I did. Their reaction was very positive.

I'm always confused when you post stuff like this without comment Nick. OK, so DP is now certified to be a partner in C-TPAT. Sodomy is punishable by death. They are highly discriminatory in terms of the foreign workers they import to do most of the work in the country. The workers are grossly underpaid. Their passports are held by their employers effectively making them slaves. Is this really a country we want to do business with? IMO the answer is an emphatic no!
