I hate Liz father being over protective.

But he does have a point she's a girl and you have to be a bit worried for you're daughter

 

But he let the cat out of the bag. No telling what dirk could do.

Liz has to tell the boys the danger lurking in the coming chapters

 

Its going to a run and hide and have fun.

Its going to send Trev to his trip around the world no matter what.

 

I doubt if Liz can get the proof in time to stop dirk.

I do hope Liz father will be able to help rather have been the cause to get Trev killed.

 

I wonder if dirk will fly to europe and find his son.

or if he will stay in florida - if he does leave the country - that will make the police think he a running fugitive.

 

hehe - it be funny if europe is not co-operative like in the states

if the cops can catch him fleeing then dirk be in jail then Trev can come home

but maybe not since you still need proof.

 

The proof might be on the boat or in austrailia

 

The worst case its there and then Trev sails to america

He might very well lose the boat and maybe gets rescued from the zodiac.

This was a good chapter, especially when you consider it was primarily about a shopping trip.

 

There's a lot of mystery here and we don't have enough clues to figure anything out. If Dirk is suspected of killing his wife, it would be a tough case for the police without a body. I have to think she's still alive and really expect Trevor to find her in Australia.

It's hard to prove a murder case without a body, but it's been done. Thanks for bringing this up, I've been meaning to mention it. Here's a list of a few, and several of them involve boats.

Dirk could have ate his wife body. Sailed the missing boat somewhere and sold it.

How do you explain Dirks hatting to ride boats?
