Is Skype turning everything into a phone number?

Wondering if Skype is turning just about anything on your screen into a phone number for you to call?

 

wildone, Jul 08 2014 06:19 PM - this is a post here on GA believe it or not.

 

It is annoying, anyone know how to stop it short of uninstalling Skype?

Steve, assuming you have Windows 7, go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features and it will pull up a list of programs in alphabetical order.  There might be two entries for Skype, one of them should be Skype Click to Call.  Click on that one and uninstall it.  Skype will function just fine without this worthless piece of crap add-on.
