Pinning

Would it be possible to pin things like a link to the recently released anthology list at the top of all pages like was done with the automatic moderation notice was last week? 

 

I do most of my reading between students/chores on my phone, and right now I can get to an anthology list from 2010 faster and easier than I can the current one!

I have added it to the sidebar for now.  I've also added it to the Our Picks section which is at the bottom of the main page and in the Activity drop down on the main menu
