Their latest? When they fixed their billing screw up last month, they decided the best way to do so was to wipe us from their computer and start from scratch. So.....of course the various bills from May were denied as " you are brand new customers, coverage effective 6/1".
Ok, so I have no coverage before 6/1? I expect a full refund of all premiums.
Now, now. We can fix this she says. 3 transfers and about an hour later I am told it's a coordination of benefits issue, transfer to the right department this time.
They actually transferred to the HR department of the company hubby retired from.
