Any way to exclude certain tags when searching?

Suppose I am looking for stories about adult gay men and wish to exclude from my searches all stories about teenagers.  I see how to include tags for consideration when searching for stories, but is there any way to specify tags to be excluded?

No, sorry.  It was something we left out to reduce the complexity of the interface.  (people still complain things are too confusing)
