FreeThinker
I received an email today from a friend who says that the writer Eric Draven has passed away. I am very sad. I have enjoyed reading his work on Nifty. I thought the other members might want to know. Link to comment

Pyro
I heard that as well. According to another author I talked with he got it from teh nifty chat room. From what he was told and he told me Eric died on his way to the hospital. He died of a brain anerisum (I hope I spelled that right). This is a true sad tragedy and it hurts the all of us writers. August Christopher
Just a thought... Looking through his site, he mentions that he has re-written some of his stories and talks about going to ask nifty to update them. I didn't see any updates on nifty. Wouldn't it be the right thing to do to host his stories? As a postume gift to him? May his work stay alive after he's gone? As I said! Just a thought! August ;-) 1 Link to comment
Pyro
I think that would be a good idea as well. It would be up to the Admin, amd the mods for final decision. Pyro :-) 1 Link to comment
Site Administrator Myr Posted February 15, 2004 Site Administrator Share Posted February 15, 2004 I have no problem hosting things, but it would be up to whomever those copyrights reverted to on his passing. 1 Link to comment
