Chat problem

I don't know if this is just me or not but Live Chat doesn't seem to be working. There seems to be quite a few problems with it.

 

1. There are no rooms at all. It just said I was in the lobby and to join a room but there were no rooms to join. I've solved this for now by making a room called 'temp chat'. Please say if you can't see the room. It'll be there all night.

2. The smilies seem to have gone completely. Clicking on the button to bring up the smily menu does nothing.

3. The sounds have the same problem as the smilies.

 

I was wondering if anyone knew why this was, if its just me and if it isn't just me, when will it be solved?
