Problem with adding a chapter to my story

I hope someone can help me.  I went to post another chapter to my story, but when I went to stories there was the bar for "Add a Story", but no bar for "Add a Chapter".  What would you suggest I do?

 Never mind.  I finally figured out another way to add the chapter.

Use the manage story menu (gear) at bottom left of story detail page

What Myr said.

To be more precise, if you click on your story page, at the bottom there is a symbol that looks similar to the helm of an old wooden sailing ship, and if you put your cursor over that symbol, it says manage story.
