michaelLP 43 Posted May 1 I just finished chapter 99 after many days of reading this very long story. I cannot understand or accept how Rachel and Dirk could put their son through such a trauma at age 10 through almost age 18, wtih no contact from Rachel to Trevor, and be a decent loving parents, even with the convoluted story Dirk and she told in this Chapter. It makes no sense and you have extremely disappointed me. There were other big holes in the realism of the story, it was too long by half, full of extraneous, irrelevant, overdone technical info, the total improbability that Trevor could have survived the pirates and figured out how to make it to Australia with the knowledge and experience he did not have at 17 years old. I hate this story and will never read anything of your ever again.
