thank you so much for reading. his parents were so horrible. but I am glad that they are out of his life... I get tired of reading from the heroes point of view sometimes so I like to give people something different to read and take in. I hope you continue to support me.

this was a bittersweet thing.

I know right. I guess its a gift I have. sympathy for the bad guy... Brice is the same character from the beginning its just when he feels hurt we all do. I suppose. after a while Brice grows on you. -

lol this was funny -
My mind had given in to Kenton. I couldn’t get him out of my thoughts. He was everywhere. I even caught myself writing on my papers: ‘Brice Kronis’, and ‘Kenton Crowns’, ‘Kenton and Brice’… hearts, and flowers surrounding our names in fancy lettering. Ugh! I was just taking things over board. I was making something out of nothing… but it felt good to me. As good as thinking about Kenton made me feel, I had a flash of Bram in my head. It was like my heart didn’t want me to forget about hi

The night of the bon fire was remarkable. The hug (although it was a hug connected by a handshake) that Kenton gave me had my mind blown. His body was firm, his embrace had a gentle affectionate touch on me. I quivered when I arrived home. I couldn’t let what happened between us in that moment slip from my mind. Kenton hugged me? Wow! On contact, he had no idea that the contact his body gave mine was something similar to a soft pulsating glow. I felt like he woke something inside of me.

It was homecoming. Mums were on sale. Every day the student’s dressed according to what was planned. Hat day, pajama day, wacky day, all those fun days and I wasn’t in the school spirit mood to participate. There was a hall decorating contest. Each grade decorated their main halls with art, and designs. Freshmen’s hall was a disaster. It had construction paper hanging loosely around. It happened every year. The freshmen were new so they really didn’t know what to do when it came to decoratin

The wounds were still there. The injury Bram put on my heart was still there. The ice had crystalized my emotions, and my heart. Without any warmth from Bram my heart had frozen over. I still went to practice. I still came home everyday but I wasn’t the same. I had grown worse than I was before Bram started talking to me. He was not aware of how down I was feeling. He thought we were friends. He didn’t see the hardship he put me through by choosing Melissa. They both wanted me to be

I was so upset during the JV game on Thursday night. Seeing Kenton sitting with Saleen was so bothersome. He told me ‘What’s up,’ when we made eye contact but I didn’t speak back. The sight of Saleen with him was messing with me. She doesn’t deserve Kenton. What was she thinking? What Was, She Thinking? Steam and hot gas began to cloud me. I was two minutes from blacking out when Saleen left to go talk to a few of her JV friends, I decided to strike! “Kenton!” I called moving up the

I slept the weekend away. It was a relief to sleep all day once again. No practice, no games, nothing I had to remember, or any of that. My aching muscles were finally resting up. I was happy not to have practice at 3:30 p.m. that was good news. I think I did excellent cheering at my first game. My movements were accurate, and I kept up with the squad, like I had been cheering for years. When the weekend was over. The school days started back. It was a regular Monday. When I woke up, I k

The bright lights were on. The stadium was packed. The sun was on its way down, and the commentator was talking the game away. I didn’t like how the coaches yelled at their players. I mean, they already have stress while playing on the field, why give them more? I must say our football team was doing good tonight. I actually lost my nervousness when I started to cheer for them. They really gave us something to cheer for. I saw Bram in the game. His legs were propelling him, he fo

Chapter 6 Meet The Eagles

thank you -
We were at JV’s first game of the season. They were actually doing pretty good, even though they were barely winning. What else could you expect from JV? Levi and I only came to this game to see those sorry JV cheerleaders mess up on their cheers, so we could laugh. It was funny how Saleen came around wearing her black and yellow cheer uniform at school, thinking she looked ‘awesome’. What she didn’t know was on Friday (tomorrow), varsity will come out wearing brand new gold and black un

The next day at school was horrible. It was a slow going, sunny Wednesday morning. On the grass in front of the school some of the football guys were playing catch. Amber was there talking to Shane. He was one of the many guys playing catch. I think they were dating now because everywhere they went she was always holding on to his arm. The only time they weren’t together was at lunch. Shane was always around the other football players talking about football of course, while Amber sat in a ci

I have five hundred papers in my backpack right now. Trying to walk to the gym for practice. I can’t believe how long my first day was. Not only that but these new shoes are killing my feet. In the gym coach Burnett, a heavy set man like lady, went over the rules of cheerleading, in her hoarse voice. Levi was sitting next to me giving me an ‘eww’ look when the coach started talking. He wanted to talk about her so bad. I could feel it. “Why does she look fifty?” he couldn’t help but w

When we got to school Levi greeted me with open arms. He wore a tight fitting Aeropastle shirt. (Tight fitting shirts was our style.) He was so pumped about practice now that I would be there. He told me that ‘the J.V. squad: Saleen, Janis, Bosh, Lindsey…where really jealous of our Varsity team so watch out for the ‘J.V. Junkies’ a.k.a. ‘The Haters.’ My friend Shelby Grass, and Laura Tillis were happy to be reunited, once again. We hadn’t talked since the summer. When they both saw me, t

‘AAAANNNTTT’, ‘ANNNTTT’, ‘AAANNNTTT’, ‘AAANNNTTT’ My alarm clock was being bothersome. All I could hear was the earsplitting shriek it was giving off. I was still tired from yesterday…well, I was still tired from summer. I don’t know if I was ready for a new school year to begin. ‘AAANNTTT’, ‘AAANN…’ “Shut the…!” I screamed harshly, using my arm to reach over to my clock and swat the snooze button. I didn’t feel like moving today. My bed was so soft, and securely keeping me warm.

Summer was over. No more staying up late. Going to visit other family members out of town. No more freedom of responsibilities, and homework. My new worries come as: Grades, tests, and quizzes. Summer always meant: I didn’t have to worry about what teachers hated me, or who was giving me a bad grade just because they didn’t like me. Summer was an indication that I no longer had to put up with some of the ignorant students that roamed the halls, and the drama that came with them. The

I recovered. It wasn’t a complete recovery but I was farther along the healing process than I was a while back. Talking to Chance again, letting myself free of the burden of emotion, I could finally sleep. I was finally getting back into the swing of life. The majority of my pressures and stresses were decreased greatly. I was back talking with Ashlynn, and Talan more regularly. The three sorcerers were back hanging together. They both were overjoyed that I was becoming the Julius they r

I took an unfortunate twist into misery when I got back to Celestial Academy. My days at school were tough. Mr. Shwartz didn’t want the students to know what happened with the sacred scrolls. He didn’t tell them anything that happened with the mission. Every student in Celestial remained ignorant about the trouble Aaronn, James, Chance, and I went through at the rival school. It was already sad that one of us lost our life during the fight, but it was really sad that we didn’t get an
